friendly staff room balcony quiet area outdated room missing cutlery basic breakfast
The hotel staff were really friendly! They spoke many languages fluently. English was one of them, a huge plus. The rooms each have a balcony. This was a nice feature. Its location in a quiet area was great.
The room was outdated. It lacked basic items (like a full set of cutlery and dish towel). The A/C stopped working . The breakfast was okay, but nothing special at all.

Breakfast included fresh omelettes. My room featured a full-size fridge. I also had a hot plate for cooking. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable.
The hotel did not have much curb appeal. I thought the reception area could use a more inviting design.

spacious room stocked minibar kitchen issue leaking kettler
the room was spacious and it had a well-stocked minibar. the service was good too and the staff was always ready to help me with anything i needed. i also liked the room service, it was prompt.
breakfast wasn't so good. the whole kitchen didn't seem to work, for example our kettler was leaking. the key card for the room didn't work oné tíme.
